AT-KABUL: At least 14 passengers died and 26 others wounded, after a 304 Mercedes Benz bus overturned in the northern province of Baghlan.

“A 304 bus overturned in Kilagai area of Doshi district in Baghlan today at around 11:20am, which as result 14 passengers died and 26 others wounded,” said provincial spokesman, Mahmood Haqmal.

He said that the bus was heading from Kabul to Mazar-e-Sharif city in the north, when the incident happened.

Ambulances and the assistance team have been dispatched to the area, he added.

He said that still the reason turnover of the bus is not clear and investigation started over the incident.
