Afghan Ambassador Visits Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan High School in New Delhi

To assess and evaluate the docent stream in the newly inaugurated school, Dr. Shaida Mohammad Abdali paid a visit to Sayed Jamaluddin High School on 14th August, 2017. In his speech, Dr. Abdali extended congratulations on the inauguration of Sayed Jamaluddin High School in New Delhi and expressed pleasure on the fact that the school is now fully equipped and standardized after diligent efforts by Ministry of Education-Afghanistan and Embassy of Afghanistan in New Delhi.

The Afghan Ambassador touched upon Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan’s achievements and accomplishments as Islamic political leader and philosopher of 19th century, his prominent role in Islamic world as well as his sentiments awakening social reforms in Afghanistan and the region. Dr. Abdali called on students to follow Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan’s path.

Dr. Abdali also appreciated the teachers of this school for their effort in educating Afghan children and youth in New Delhi and proposed in organizing hortative and competitive programs that will further boost quality education and develop intellectual skills among the students.  He informed the students and teachers about the sport competitions and other educational programs which are due to be organized by the Embassy itself.

During the visit, Dr. Abdali closely assessed the educational activities of the school and encouraged the students to utilize this opportunity provided by Ministry of Education-Afghanistan after its weariless efforts.

The Afghan Ambassador also addressed the students and assured them of the Embassy’s assistance with the Ministry of Education-Afghanistan as well as other Educational bodies cooperation.
