AT-KABUL: Security forces in a joint operation, arrested Nazir Kulal, head of an armed abduction group with his 12 colleagues in Charikar city, the provincial capital of Parwan, provincial official said .
Nazir Kulal is accused of several human criminals including killing, abduction and stealing in this province.
Provincial spokesman Wahidulla Sidiqi said that during the operation against kidnapping group, one criminal was killed as the result of resistant.
“The abductors were involved in majority of insecurities police also seized and confiscated some weapons from the kidnapers,” said Sidiqi.
