NDS kills five Pakistani terrorists in Zabul

AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) said that its operatives had killed at least five Pakistani terrorists in a Special Forces operation in southern Zabul province.

“The operation was carried in Naseran village of Mizan district of the province against al-Qaeda terrorist network cell which was operating in province, in which five Pakistani terrorist were killed,” it said Monday in a statement.

According to statement, NDS also seized a number of weapons and explosive devices during the operation.

Pakistani militants are at large in country where they (militants) despite standing beside Taliban and al-Qaeda militants, they also stand with Daesh militants to further fuel insecurity in the country.

Earlier, two Pakistani women, loyal to the Islamic State, also known as Daesh militants, were arrested in eastern Nangarhar province, officials said in that time, adding that they detained militants were transferring classified document to the group. The suspected Pakistani women were arrested in Kot district.

The seized document contained information how to make explosive devices and other weapons.

There is no denying to the fact that Pakistan intelligence agency is making all out efforts to strengthen the foothold of Daesh group in Afghanistan.

However, the arrest of two Pakistani women, loyal to Daesh is the clear indication of Pakistani’s support to the group. The Afghan officials always pointed out blame finger toward Pakistani and its role for igniting war in Afghanistan. It is also provide that Pakistan provided safe hideouts to the Taliban, as all high-profile Taliban leaders were killed there.
