Youth social activists call on Karzai

AT-KABUL: Members of Afghanistan’s Development and Transition Organization (ADTO) called on ex-President Hamid Karzai at his office on Wednesday.

They briefed Hamid Karzai on activities of the organization, particularly ‘Jawan-e-Bartar’ program. Enayat Mudares, founder of the organization, said that complaining and criticism have become a fashion in Afghanistan. “However, the ADTO is committed focus on action rather than complaints to steer the country towards the development,” he added.

Slamming brain drain, members of the organization said that Afghanistan needs its young people to bring the country out of the current challenges. “We will prove it to the world that Afghanistan by having talented and committed youth can reach to self-reliance,” they added.

Hamid Karzai vowed to cooperate with the organization to achieve its goals.
